O&S Associates was retained by the owner of the Hudson Harbour Apartments to provide an investigation as to the cause of water infiltration into the building.

O&S provided a study which included visual surveys to determine the cause. Once the source of the infiltration was found, O&S developed repair documents for the owner. Repairs included the following:

* Installation of New Thru – wall Flashing
* Tuckpointing Deteriorated Mortar Joints
* Replacement of Deteriorated and Cracked Brick Masonry
* Replacement of Perimeter Doors and Window Sealants
* Balcony Slab Repairs to Remove Existing Water Ponding
* New Waterproofing Coating at the Balcony Slab

O&S also provided bidding services to the owner, as well as construction services. The estimated cost for construction was approximately$100,000.
